The Company warrants to the purchaser or the LED Television Set that it is free from defects in material and workmanship. The company will repair or replace any part of the Television Set which proves to be defective within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, If required, the cost of transporting the TV set to our service station shall be bom by the purchaser. This warranty does not extend to any parts of the TV set which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation. Further this warranty does not extend to any TV set which have been tampered with, altered or serviced by any agency not authorised by the Company. That this warranty does not cover any aerial or any other accessories supplied to you. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranty expressed of implied. The Company's sole liability shall be to repair or replace defective parts of components as specified above. The warranty confines only to the first purchaser of the set.
